Are you stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, thinking life shouldn’t be this difficult?

I’ve been there too.

This is where I come in.

Meet Christina

I’m a wife and mother of 6. I’ve experienced the transformation that one-on-one coaching can do in a persons life. I’ve experienced many of the things that I’ve stated above. I’m still a work in progress but I have discovered that there is a simple process that can be practiced to produce results.

I coach with a personal touch. I take the approach of using my own life circumstances and allow that personal experience to help others. I work with women and overcome anything that may be holding them back. I know  what it is like to feel stuck and I can empathize and relate with this experience. I want to help others the way I have been helped!

Catholic Life Coaching

You have found a safe place where someone understands your struggles and can help you refocus, learn, and face the future with hope and knowledge of how to overcome. I have a deep desire to help women discover the peace and joy that I have found. I strive to be authentically Catholic and my faith drives everything that I do. I want to teach you that when we learn how God designed our brain to work and we believe the promises given to us in scripture and within our faith, we can live out our lives with joy and peace.  Come journey with me and I can show you how to stop the crazy, the negative self talk, the spiraling, to find the joy in the life that God has given you to live.

I’m passionate about walking with women to teach them how they can choose to be intentional and live out the extraordinary in their ordinary lives. Through Catholic Life Coaching, I can support and hold space for you to discover where you want to grow and I can teach you how to “be transformed by the renewal of your mind” Romans 12:2

Some Kind Words:

I have done traditional therapy before when I was really struggling with what my purpose was. This past year I have gone through a lot of change. Graduating college, starting my career in the military, living on my own for the first time, and actually recognizing that God was with me through all the challenges I was facing . I think because my relationship with God was really forming I saw there was a gap missing in how He was being reflected in the rest of my life. Since starting life coaching with Christina I have been given so many tools to help close that gap between my faith, my job, my identity, and my relationship with others. I lived in such a negative mindset and felt it was almost impossible to not feel anxious all the time. I have learned techniques to help me reframe the lies I would let myself hold onto, in response to outside situations, with truths that align more with what God Himself sees of me. These tools have allowed me to unlock a self-confidence I never knew existed and has made my transition into adulthood possible. I know there are endless more challenges to come, but I feel secure in knowing I have God and all the lessons and support I have received from Christina Brown’s Life Coaching to help me each step of the way.

I have struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety following the birth of each of my three children. After feeling numbed on medication for years, I decided to try a more holistic approach to treatment. I knew Christina would be the perfect addition to my treatment, with her passion for Christ and for mental health. She helped me to feel seen and understood, to feel heard and acknowledged, to feel loved and worthy. Christina showed me how to use the model in practical and powerful ways, while guiding me towards Christ and calling me to be my best self. I always left our coaching sessions feeling strengthened, uplifted, and closer to God. Christina is a gift!

Christina is a great coach. She is an awesome listener but more importantly she gave me concrete steps I can use to help me with my anxiety and depression. As a Catholic mom and wife herself, she also gave me great advice on some behavior issues with my kids (including at mass!) and some communication issues in my marriage. I have done years of therapy but feel like I had faster and more sustained breakthroughs with Masters and Private coaching with Christina. I believe the emphasis on our Catholic faith played a major role in the efficacy for me.
